Pro-Trader (Apr 2019)

Brief Description

This product was launched in April 2019 and featured three day trade algorithms (Gap Short, Short, Breakout) and three swing trade algorithms (Geronimo, Momentum ES, Momentum TY). During the COVID-19 Pandemic, this package began using Bullish Put Spreads (in lieu of the Geronimo and Momentum ES).  This was done to minimize overnight risk created from a dramatic increase in volatility.  In February 2021, this package returned back to the futures algorithm and dropped the Gap Short. As of now, this package trades the Short, Breakout, Geronimo ES, Momentum ES and Momentum TY algorithms.

Still Traded?

No. The majority of Pro-Trader clients have either stopped trading or moved to different products.

Still Offered?

No. This package is not available for new clients to trade.  New clients should consider using The Elite Trader ($35,000 Unit Size) or Trader Plus ($25,000 Unit Size) instead.

Wave Trader (Apr 2019)

Brief Description

This product was launched in April 2019 and featured two swing trade algorithms (Geronimo ES & Momentum TY). The strength of this algorithm was in its ability to avoid trades during periods of increased volatility.  It traded as designed from April 2019 – Dec 2020 with incredible returns, avoiding the losses seen at the start of the pandemic (Feb 2020).  During the COVID-19 Pandemic, this package began using Bullish Put Spreads (in lieu of the Geronimo ES).  This was done to minimize overnight risk caused by a dramatic increase in volatility.  In February 2021, this package returned back to trading futures (instead of the Bullish Put Spreads).  As of now, this package trades the Geronimo ES and Momentum TY algorithms.

Still Traded?

No. The majority of the Wave Trader clients have either stopped trading or moved to different products.

Still Offered?

No. This package is not available for new clients to trade.  New clients should consider using The Elite Trader ($35,000 Unit Size) or Trader Plus ($25,000 Unit Size) instead.

The Swing Trader (Jan 2017)

Brief Description

This product was launched in January 2017 and featured two swing trade algorithms (Momentum ES & Momentum TY). The Swing Trader was our most popular algorithm, primarily due to its ability to generate incredible returns. It traded as designed from April 2019 – Dec 2020 with great results. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, this package began using Bullish Put Spreads (in lieu of the Momentum ES).  This was done to minimize overnight risk caused by a dramatic increase in volatility.  In February 2021, this package returned back to trading futures (instead of the Bullish Put Spreads) due to losses it sustained in January 2021.  As of now, this package trades the Momentum ES and Momentum TY algorithms.

Still Traded?

Yes. There is a small number of clients still trading the Swing-Trader algorithms.

Still Offered?

No. This package is not available for new clients to trade. New clients should consider using The Elite Trader ($35,000 Unit Size) or Trader Plus ($25,000 Unit Size) instead.

ES Active (Oct 2014)

Brief Description

This product was launched in October 2014. It was added to our suite in order to handle the increase of slippage we saw due to the success of our NQ Algorithms.  ES Active took the exact same algorithms and optimized them for the S&P Emini. It also added the P2-Push-Pull (Momentum TY) and a Short algorithm eventually.

Stil Traded?

Yes. Believe it or not, there are a few clients still trading these original algorithms through the auto-execution brokers. This is by their own choice since they are allowed to move to the newer packages.

Stil Offered?

No.
