Congratulations on deciding to move forward with one of our Trading Systems. The broker you chose will be reaching out to you shortly, if they haven’t already. In the mean time, there are a few things you can do to prepare yourself for what’s to come.
Step 1: Follow Up with the Broker
Keep a look out for the account opening/funding instructions that the broker will have sent or will be sending shortly. This will include:
1) Opening the account
2) Funding the account
3) Signing the letter of direction
If you have any questions, make sure you reach out to the broker for clarification.
Step 2: Download GAIN iBroker App (Stone X / Gain only)
If you are using Gain Capital or Stone X, then make sure you download the GAIN iBroker app for your smart phone. This is the best way to receive real time notifications when we enter/exit trades. The broker will provide you with your username and password. If you aren’t sure which app to download, simply ask the broker and they will point you in the right direciton.
Step 3: Subscribe to our Customer Email List
